Easy to use. Next day deliverd

Worst delivery service ever. Please by all means do not use this service. They have unprofessional customer service and my parcel delayed for 2 weeks and not delivered. In addition they have delayed 2 days in collections. I raised with customer service and they were very unprofessional in response and unhelpful at all. Literally you can’t do anything but i will never use them and i warns you not to because they are very poor service.

Straight forward to use. as a kint artist could always be a bit cheaper! but about the right price. Used DPD who were great. Emails telling you whats what and giving you an hour time slot for picking up and delivering the parcel. Fab! ????

Easy to use site, as have used before.
Plenty of choices & competitive prices.
Would have given 5 Stars, but when trying to track a parcel via royal mail, I had to log onto my parcel monkey account to track !.
Though it generated a royal mail tracking number, ( I copy & pasted)which I used via there site &
didnt have to login

I have used Parcel Monkey a few times now and it’s easy to use, particularly for multi drop parcels. Excellent value for money and will continue to use and recommend.

Sadly received an additional charge as I ‘under declared the size/weight of my parcel’ and I cannot prove it was not warranted. Over stated the size of my parcel and its weight as it was a large parcel on purpose to avoid this exact action. They are great if you have small parcels. Avoid like the plague if your parcel is larger or heavier

Two difficult shaped, sized and weights of parcels, which I was not in a position to take to a collection point. They were collected exactly as required the day after I booked, and they were delivered intact several hundred miles away the next afternoon. I cannot fault this service.

Parcel booked for collection by dpd on Wednesday for Thursday delivary. Failed. And on Thursday. And on Friday. Collected Monday delivered Tuesday. Not 24 hr.

Easy service and very cheap when you use this for Abroad. I recently sent a parcel to India it was an easy task for me. All the services was above £195 but parcel monkey only charged £76. Will continue to use the service.

It wasn’t very easy at the start of filling the form. The parcel was going abroad. Once the paper was ready, the rest was great. Cost of postage fair, and very quick delivery, transparent tracking. Parcel Monkey UK, thank you for excellent service

I shipped 3 boxes from the UK to Dubai via Parcel Monkey they used a thrid party service (Parcel force) and another when reaching the destination country. This was supposed to be a weeks plus, end to end service and ended up being just short of a month. We had issues with the delivery service in Dubai holding our items for an additional 2 weeks after arriving. When boxes arrived they where unrecognisable when they had fragile tape over all boxes and we knew what was in them was mostly broken. When opening them all majority of the items where broken, scratched, cracked or dented (I wish Trust Pilot could upload images). Unacceptable service due to timing but if you want your personal belongings damaged indefinitely use them.

Excellent service from start to finish, parcel monkey site so easy to use and arrange parcel collection, parcel was collected by Parcelforce and delivered to Amazon with no issues. Refund was processed by Amazon as soon as parcel monkey processed the parcel via their system. Would definitely use again, really reasonable rates for parcels, £22 for 30kg. Great overall service.

Randomly charged me an extra £76 for a parcel being the wrong dimension apparently, news to us, bizarre!!! Not only do I think this is a mistake, even if the parcel was over the dimension, it wouldnt cost an extra £76. When I took it to the post office they only wanted £41 total.. These guys have had £21 plus stolen another £76! Im currently in dispute about this, be very very wary of using this company!

I paid for an international service and filled out the requsted forms. The parcel is now stuck at the country entry customs saying the customs forms are wrong. Parcel Monkey send a very blunt message for me to log in and change the customs documents ?? Very unhelpful and my £100 value parcel is still stuck at customs. Terrible service
