Poor customer service Waited all day to pick up a parcel no one turn up then said that the driver have been and nobody is at home Informed that it will be due for pick up the next day again no one turned up wasted 2 days

I paid for 24 hr delivery. The parcel was picked up before 1 p.m. on the Monday 5th and Delivered on the 8th , Thursday. I had expected it to take longer as we are on an island in Scotland , thinking an extra day would be required. In tracking it , there were virtually no updates until out for delivery. Very disappointing. However the parcel did arrive in very good condition .

Second time using Parcel Monkey. Very easy process and straightforward. Good choice in terms of budget as well. My choice was FedEx based on the time it would take. It ended up taking a little but longer but within the range I had set for myself.

I’m writing this because in the past 2 months I’ve been battling to get a resolution for a parcel I sent on the 6th of December 2024. As I’m writing this I still have not received a refund and compensation for the huge inconvenience this has caused me. Just to sum up, I sent a parcel to Italy using PARCELMONKEY (the delivery company I picked was UPS). As per guarantee the parcel should have been delivered in a max of 5 to 7 days. Which would have fall into the date I would have travelled to Italy for business and holiday. The parcel contained sample of supplements (12 to be precise) and a pair of Timberland leather shoes. The estimated value was around £700 which was listed in the Invoice I printed and attached to the parcel. From the 12th of December I spent countless hours with your customer service and UPS to trace the parcel. The parcel was nowhere to be found and they started an investigation so I repurchase all the content while I was in Italy and kept chasing for a refund and compensation for the service I did not get. On the 4th of January I received a message saying that they found a parcel but they were not sure if was mine. So I’ve been asked to provide pictures of the parcel the invoice and the address. Which I did and I’ve replied saying that I was not longer at that location and the content had no use to me anymore as I repurchased everything. I also wrote in multiple occasion that I would accept a return to my address in uk at not extra costs and no other location as I was there for business and vacation. UPS attempted to deliver the parcel in Italy and of course it was refused because I was not there anymore. I asked multiple time to get a clear understanding of what to do, who to get in contact with to resolve the issue and not clear answer was given. I asked to be contacted or receive contact information regarding this matter, but all my messages did not give me any clear answer. The last message I received is saying literally “is it fine with you if we abandon the parcel?” In addition I sent a letter to the headoffice and still waiting for an answer I really dont understand this

Tracking stated that Every had collected my parcel when it hadnt. When I tried to resolve the issue the chatbot wasnt working and I couldnt get hold of anyone on the phone. So I used Royal Mail and have had to pay twice for postage. Rubbish.
