When I first used your service, I did not appreciate that I needed to print out an address label. The sebsite did not tell me this. So the collection location would not accept the package. I tried using your service again, but my email and password were not accepted. This has been very frustrating.

Do not use parcel monkey I got charged £167 for delivery of a footstool all because the cardboard box wasn’t tucked into it. First of all I weighed it and measured it so the total came to £44 then once it was delivered they took a further £124 from my bank account. Their respond was the cupboard box/packaging wasn’t tucked in and that’s why I was charged an extra £124, This was my food shopping money for my children that had been taken from my bank account basically left me with £31 to feed myself and 4 children for a whole month, Please Please stay clear of this company. And use an independent parcel company do not go third party with parcel monkey. If we can not resolve this between ourselves parcel monkey I will take this further to trading standards also the newspapers also social media.

Parcel Monkey did its job. I chose Evri for parcel to Germany. Took eight days to travel 90 miles, to international hub. Advertised as 3 to 5 day service. If Parcel Monkey knows that this statement is incorrect, it is remiss. Other couriers shown as 3 to 5 day service.

I book collections for my customer who want to return orders from the UK to us in France. I always use Parcelforce and always tick the box that says its a return, not a sale. We should not be asked to pay customs charges when we return our own goods back to the EU, but in over 50% of booking we are wrongly charged customs fees. Is this because the information transmitted by you to Parcelforce is incorrect or incomplete? This was for a parcel that arrived here on 30th January. Your site wont let me change the date of the experience.

SHOCKING SERVICE!!! Would never use them again. I booked a priority service with them, as per their website and what options were offered. Only for them to cancel by email two hours later and say that a refund would be issued. Reason given was that it didn’t deliver that service. This was on the 4th January 2024 and I not only haven’t received my refund but can not get to talk to anyone directly ????????????

over declared my parcel wait by from 18 to 20kg to cover myself and then get told it was 40kg and get charged circa £50 for it. reached out numerous times to resolve and have got no answer since doing so weeks ago

Went through to customer service option and it only gives you a by post option!! Between this company and Evri your parcel will not arrive - they are complete scammers in my experience. Seriously - by post?? Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!
