Currently in a dispute about charges made to my account oost delivery - Parcel Monkey say the dimensions given of my parcel were inaccurate and so have charged me an extra whopping £80 on top of my original £19 payment. I have evidence to provide them that the error is in their side as my parcel was measured correctly. They have not responded to my complaint so far and I am unsure where to turn at this point. They have taken the extra charge from my billing account, so I’m an unsatisfied customer with no intention of ever using this company again. What’s to stop them from charging extra everytime whilst providing no evidence or further explain action for it? It’s a poor system for the user, and one that renders you powerless to retrieve funds taken from you without consent.

I placed my order pre Xmas however Parcel Monkey confirmed my order would not be delivered pre Xmas therefore via online chat I informed Parcel Monkey to cancel my order. Parcel Monkey confirmed order cancellation and that I would be refunded within a few days allowing for the Christmas period. I have not received any refund as yet in mid Feb. I have emailed Parcel Monkey however had no reply.

Paid £20 for a parcel to be returned after you failed to deliver,notified me that parcel was sent back, but Parcelforce informed me you didn’t even release the parcel to them when they tried to collect. Still haven’t got my £300 item back

Top service sent a parcel to the USA and paid for guaranteed delivery parcel was couple of days late due to courier issue not parcel monkey, sent parcel monkey a email and within 2 hours had a refund of the delivery cost. Top service and will continue to use.

A easy experience to book in your parcel, then to print off in the shop and it was delivered in reasonable time. Ive sent quite a lot of parcels with PM none have been lost or damaged, overall very happy with there service.

I am really pleased with the service from Parcel Monkey. It is very easy to use. Easy to follow instructions. Everything was clear and hopefully parcel will arrive to USA with no problems. Really happy with the service.

I really dislike having to leave reviews like this for any business, but I feel Ive been compelled to share my experience. I booked a shipment through Parcel Monkey in the early hours of Saturday morning and everything was successful in the placement of the booking. Parcel Monkey states that you should typically receive your shipping label within 30 minutes after the placement of your order, and this is done via email. However, they do advise up to 60 minutes in certain places on their website. I waited over 12 hours and did not receive my label. I have reached out to their online message system, to which I received an automated response stating that the Customer Support team was absent on a weekend, and that they only replied to enquiries Monday to Friday. Though I was shocked to see such a statement on a website that should *obviously* be offering customer services 7 days a week, I was willing to let that go and contact their Live Chat service instead. This is categorically the worst experience Ive ever had with a Live Chat service — and Ive dealt with Evris on numerous occasions! The Live Chat stated that at least three agents were available and the window stated "We should reply in a few moments" as a blanket message to all who use the Chat. Over 20 minutes passed with no response, and each message had been marked as "Read". I continued to send more messages in the hopes of a response, but I sadly STILL have not received any response over an hour later, with each subsequent message being seen. I have requested a refund via their online submission form and I will never use this service again. Im absolutely flabbergasted that a business of this size cannot provide any sort of customer service on a weekend. Are we in the year 2000?

You didnt deliver I dont have a printer so the guy wouldnt take the package if I use a friends computer would you deliver . It was something to do with the fact that I couldnt print the label and code . If not what happens to the money i paid you?

I have used them for year but this week, their system populated the correct delivery address but put the senders postcode in, so when parcel force scanned the bar code, it was delivered back to the sender and not to the Isle of Man. £57 to delver it back. They have no interest in checking if the system has a bug in it!! Shocking service. What a scam"!"!!

Scam company, you give them accurate sizes and weights, they give you a great price then 5 days later they take money off your card and say that your size and weights were wrong so the charge you more , do not use them .

Auto Overcharged an additional £37.00 for a 40Kg parcel when it only weights 15Kg or less. This doubled the delivery cost. No where to dispute the charge.

Had a good experience, the parcels I sent to Italy arrived quite quickly and were not damaged or torn. However, when I was having problems with my doorbell, I told customer service (online chat) and gave them my mobile no. for the driver to call me. They confirmed it would be sent to him but following day I found out from another online chat with CS that was not true, the drivers cannot be reached.

I am 85yrs old Which can be a disadvantage on many sites but Parcel Monkey site was easy to follow & gave me all the information needed to successfully send my parcel. The date given for collection was collection was spot on.

I can only go by this one time but it was very easy to follow the delivery rouge. Then saw the photo on the door step. So yes would recommend.

Never use this company again. I request delivery the following day. Dx couldnt deliver because needed two men to deliver, so I paid someone to pick it up from the depot about 20 miles away. The parcel monkey refused to refund me.
