I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR DELIVERY TO ANOTHER COUNTRY Started off great. Gave me a price online for delivery to get a package from UK door to door in Spain. All information provided at required and paid the full amount. Now I found that the price will double (no way to complain) and after 10 days still not arrived.

ParcelMonkey have been useless from beginning to end. I sent a parcel to Finland 20 days before Christmas with presents for my Mother and the family. It did not arrive on time because PM flagged it as imported goods and UPS started demanding an import licence from my Mother. There was no-one to sort it out, and when the holidays were over and my Mother was able to reach someone again, she was told the parcel was being returned to me. It is now the end of January, and the parcel as finally arrived in Southhampton. Ive been given the choice of picking it up myself (I live in London), or paying almost £20 for it to be returned to me. Ive asked for a refund of the orginal postage, but this cannot be requested until the parcel has been returned to me. It feels scammy. I get responses but they are all of the computer says no variety. My complaint does not get escalated. So once Ive paid for the return of the parcel, I will have paid PM near £50 to NOT deliver my parcel. I will then have to split the original parcel in 3 and mail it separately to nieces and Mum who all live in different places. That will cost a further £50. And of course, there is all the frustration and wasted time that this has taken. It is my advice to NEVER go near Parcelmonkey. They give monkeys a bad name.

Needed to send some items to Australia took my parcel to post office to see how much and how long it would take and well let’s just say parcel monkey was over 50% cheaper and 2 weeks faster than the post office and it was even sent using parcel force. Items arrived early can not fault one bit and will be using them again

They committed fraud against me. Hiding behind additional charges from ups, they took 500€ from me for 4 packages all going within the eu that costed all together less than 60€. Ups would never charge 200€ to ship a bag from Paris to Paris. Someone in their company is committing fraud. Do not use this website, your credit card info are at risk. A nightmare and nobody is helping me nor is able to provide proof behind these « charges from ups ».

This was the second parcel booked via this method within a couple of weeks. The website was easy to use and offered plenty of extra insurance cover at sensible prices. Easy to print labels. Very satisfied and would use again.

No one gets back to you. Very disappointing with Parcel Monkey. I understand that DPD couldnt delivery at the time, however the parcel has been sent back to Parcel Monkey and our address is also on the package. No correspondence, no package, no refund. Silent monkey more like!!

I booked a drop off. Saw my name was on the first line of the label. Went to cancel. Thought I was getting £9 back which I was going to question but thats how much they were charging to cancel it. On the cancel slip my name wasnt even shown on the first line. I had done it right they just stuck my name on the person it was being delivered to label. What a con. They made money doing nothing. another courier I have just checked was a £1 less. And they charge nothing to cancel.

My order hasnt been collected on the scheduled day. We chatted with CS and they helped to reschedule it. However, I need to reprint my new order air waybill. Dpd is collected on-time the next day and arrives at the destination in two working days. But you couldnt track the status correctly in their system.

I used parcel monkey website to get a parcel to Hong Kong. The process was as straightforward as it gets. However, the main reason for using a courier was to get tracking on the parcel. This was not working on the parcel monkey website. The reference numbers didnt work on courier site either. Luckily, I got confirmation (from recipient) that the parcel has now arrived.

I experienced poor customer service with ParcelMonkey.co.uk as my claim was not taken seriously, and the process took an unreasonably long time. This has left me dissatisfied with their service. Ive bought a service from via (DPD) my package was returned all damaged and some of the item were lost and now Parcelmonkey dont care about my claim....
