Unless you are shipping only clothes and shoes, do NOT ship with Parcel Monkey because everything else they call restricted item. Only my first parcel containing clothes and shoes made it. From second parcel containing health and beauty supplies they removed everything they call liquid. From third parcel containing chargers and other hardware, they are calling everything restricted. Remember that FedEx, UPS and USPS restrict only flammable liquids, not shampoos and lotions. So, if you want to make a monkey of yourself, ship thru Parcel Monkey.

My parcel was collected, exported to the USA and sent out for delivery on 5th - only to be taken back to the delivery depot as it had been sent to the wrong one. Or something. Its very frustrating, feels like nobody cares. The message on the tracker didnt even apologise for the mistake. Not impressed. Still have no idea when it will be delivered. Can you help?

I returned a fridge to a company using the exact dimensions and weight displayed on the original packaging, the fridge was returned unopened.after delivery, parcel monkey sent me an email saying that the packaging and weight was greater than I had entered into the booking form, only I had used the original packaging, weight and dimensions, they ignored that and sucked an additional £52.25 from my bank account! Robbery? I’m in overdraft now but lesson learnt.

Do not use this site! We booked two couriers via this site for sending two bags from Paris to London. It seemed straightforward and we paid and organised it. Then, all the drop-off sites listed on the site were either closed or no longer in operation, so we had to cancel the couriers having spent money on Ubers going from one drop-off point to another. It has been three weeks and I have had no refund and lots of obstructive messages from Parcel Monkey. No-one has got in touch to apologise or refund the £300 we spent on these couriers. They seem to take your money then conveniently disappear. Do not use!

Terrible! Sent a parcel on the 8th of August, customer changed his mind on day of dispatch, which happens from time to time…..requested it be sent back to me instead, quite a straight forward request….however!…..after my request had been put in, had a reply email saying that it wouldn’t be a problem blah blah blah , and I would get updated ect……one month later i get in touch and parcel monkey message me back “ just to clarify you want the parcel returned “ !!! Yes please! A further 2 weeks later, I message again to be told it was being held at the post office and a request would be made to return!! After many more of being fobbed off, I get a message from parcel monkey , in December telling me that the parcel had been delivered to the recipient on the 31st of August !! And with no way of contacting the address I’m out of pocket and spent months chasing! And then, to be told there wouldn’t be anything done about it” sorry for the inconvenience “ !!! My advice would be to stay clear, obviously have a big communication problem, or really don’t care. Shame on them

Straight forward from me delivering to post office once I printed off labels showed on app the the item traveled and delivery. So all good from start to finish.

Used Parcelforce next day collection. Nobody turned up on the day to collect. Contacted Parcel Monkey who apologised but said ‘ Please be advised that we do not offer compensation for late collection as the service is not guaranteed unless collected and delivered. Apologies. ‘ Awaiting full refund as I cancelled full collection and went with another collection provider instead.

What a terrible experience. I was simply trying to send Xmas presents to my family abroad - what could go wrong ? My dad whos almost 90 was asked to pay quite expensive VAT and import costs ... Obviously he did not. Now I dont even know where those parcels are ... Trying get help was not the best either - I was just told to tell my dad to contact the customs ... DPD customer service was not willing to answer my calls and the chat bot is useless

Awful experience, total rip off. Wouldn’t deliver my parcel even though I was just returning an item to Spain and then charges me a fortune to return them to me. Would not use again and dont trust!

Process of booking collection of parcel through Parcel Monkey was convenient and easy, but chosen courier was poor. Used Parcel Force and recipient collection in UK was swift but process of getting it couriered to UAE took far longer than expected. Also received multiple scam sms’s regarding delivery of a parcel before it arrived in country. Then PC website said could not deliver due to error on address (which was not true and I couldn’t speak to someone to figure out what was going on), only to finally have it delivered by another local courier company. Would rather stick to well known courier companies in future.
