Excellent service sending a parcel abroad to our son for Christmas, it arrived within 2 days! Will definitely use Parcel Monkey again, going through them got us the cheapest most reliable courier which was ups.

I dropped off a parcel on Monday 18th December having booked a Next Day service with FedEx via Parcel Monkey. The parcel wasn’t collected by FedEx until the 20th (the day AFTER it should have been DELIVERED), and it didn’t arrive until the 23rd. Compensation please, as contract wasn’t honoured.

Top hint: use a desktop or laptop to navigate the Parcel Monkey screens. My wife used her iPhone and the information was lost when she got "submit". Parcel Monkey worked quite well. We could clearly see the prices of the different couriers. Let down a little by the tracking capability. We selected UPS to send our parcel to the USA. Clicking the PM link took us to the UPS site, but we got the distent "unable to give you tracking information" errors, so were in the dark as to where it parcel was. For want is in OMs control, very good. I will use this service again.

The website etc is really easy to navigate but the time scales advertised for getting items over to Europe are not accurate. I paid extra for an express service (2-3 days), it’s now been 10 days and it’s not even out for delivery in the destination country yet.

Very easy and straight forward. Good choice of carriers , just booked on line printed out the label . Took parcel to local collection point garage in this case and was delivered next working day.

Customer service takes 4+ days to reply and they just told me to wait every time. Their system puts "private individual" on the labels over the receivers name, which made my parcels get stuck in customs for 2 months as the name appearing in the system was "private individual". I had to send the same information I gave them to customs in the UK and again to customs in Spain as for some reason this wasnt shared. Most of my parcels tracking showed they couldnt be sent because they were not pre-registered and they wouldnt help. These 9 boxes almost got returned to the UK because of that. I had to fix everything myself. It was honestly the worst experience I have ever had sending anything. I booked the 5 day service and the boxes arrived 2.5 - 3 months later. I had to buy new clothes and other things as all my belongings were in those boxes.

Collected 6 days after next day delivery....still not dropped off so I have payed next day drop off for it to take 7 days minimum.

Disgusting attitude from these scammers. My parcel was sent to Colchester yet it was out for delivery in Nottingham several times, many miles from its destination. However it was returned and parcel monkey will not resend it without myself paying another £45 out. My contract has been broken and they are scamming me. Out of principle I shall pursue this as far as needed legally

Parcel left on 25th November 2023 with Christmas & birthday presents for my grandkids and 1 month later it still has not arrived. This service was meant to be an 8-day service! There are no words to express my disappointment in the service I received. I will never use this service again.

What a nightmare. Ive booked a collection for a parcel to be shipped to Italy from UK. Ive booked somebody in for the whole day to make sure the courier would have found somebody in to hand the box. None came to collect, no notification sent to apologise, to say why and what happens next. Ive reached out on the chat online which is only managed by automated responses not by people that can actually help. They have since, not responded in clear instruction what to do to send off my parcel or alternatively be refunded. Ive been left for more than 2 weeks now with no informations or instructions. Im completely shocked by this poor service and the appalling customer service. What a scam

Slow customer service response times. My item was stuck in customs with no support from Parcel Monkey or UPS. To be fair I think this is a UPS issue rather than Parcel Monkey but I wish there was better support. Absolute waste of £50.

At first I was skeptical about the service never doing it before but the way the choices were tailored to ease of access and how you can choose various options and get sent straight to the courier was fantastic also the way that you could keep track and have a dashboard to come back to each and every time was really assuring great service.

I sent a 5kg parcel to USA from UK. Posted on the morning of 20th December, I selected a quick service, paid an extra £1, so my delivery was guaranteed by the date specified or the delivery charge would be refunded. It was delivered in California the afternoon of the 22nd. Perfect

The worst service I have ever received. Do not go with this even if its several pounds chepar than competitors.i have sne t a package which suppose to deliver in 3days but I am sitting on 11thday still no one has any clue when its gonna deliver. CEO Mr.Naveen Ramiah is a worst leader who can run a company as thier process are not even clear to their employee and they dont have complaint process and not even bothered about thier customers.
