Very carefully measured and weighed parcel and paid. Then debited again a lot more than quoted after saying it measured and weighed more than it did doubling the price of sending. Wound never use again.

Parcel Monkeys part in this was 5 stars but it was Parcelforce who let down the experience. They collected the parcel from me but didnt deliver to the receiver instead they took it to a local Post Office for collection by the customer who had no car and had to pay for a taxi to collect from the Post Office. The Parcelforce tracking showed the driver was within a mile or two of the destination address but decided to put it into a Post Office?

The Parcel Monkey service is always excellent, providing all the information and facilities to ship parcels overseas, which isnt easy when having to complete the Customs forms but made easier with PM.
Definitely recommended and will use again.

Parcel was picked up by DPD on time and delivered within 48 hours during the week before Christmas.

Sent presents for my grandkids UK to USA .
Parcel arrived undamaged and in perfect condition in two days . Chose the ups service , (3 days quicker and £12 cheaper than next best service. Will never use another company now . Outstanding service !!!!!!!

I used parcel monkey to send Xmas gifts to Spain paid amount stated to destination, my parcel got to destination in which my parents had to pay a further £27 to receive them, I’m so disappointed and would not rate or use this postal service again.

I had a fairly large/heavy item to ship some distance and was convinced I would need to use a man and van type transportation service - however when quotes returned through the comparison site I usually use were all in excess of £60 I tried Parcel Monkey on the offchance and got 24hr delivery for under £20!!! Moreover this price with insurance as well was cheaper with Parcel Monkey than through the parcel couriers own website! So my advice is give them a go, your item may not need specialist courier.

There are only 2 drop off locations in Oswestry. Max Spiellman informed me that they had suspended service over Christmas??? The second Boozed up did not open until 13.30 needing me to return in afternoon. Secondly they informed recipient it was to be delivered on Thursday but tried to deliver the day before but as they were out took It into centre of town for collection- not what I paid for.

Logical easy to navigate website. I found a great price to send a Christmas package to Canada. Clear instructions, easy to print off the label and customs declaration. The parcel arrived in Vancouver 3 days after posting with Parcelforce. Brilliant!

Sent 2 parcels with different couriers in Christmas week through Parcel Monkey, one within UK and one to Hong Kong. Both collected from home and arrived at recipients within days in time for Christmas as promised. Shipments were very easy to book - labels, customs documents and instructions were very clear.
