No attempt was made to collect,so I had to go wait in a queue for 40 minutes. I do have cameras,and driveway alarm and Twp people were in house at the alleged time of attempt to collect. Wont waste my time with you or Parcelfarce again.

I sent a parcel. But I am not sure if it was delivered. The photo is the address but just the door closed and no parcel in site. I have attempted to contact Evri for proof it was delivered and I am getting no response

Sent a parcel using Parcel Force 48 at a cost of almost £50. Parcel took 6 days to arrive but Parcel Monkey have a clause buried in their small print that a parcel isn’t late until it is 5 days beyond the delivery date. So why not be up front and put this in the booking form rather than in the depths of the t’s and c’s? Will be checking to see if these types of t’s and c’s are contrary to consumer legislation. Pretty rubbish really, definitely will avoid in the future.

I sent a parcel to South Korea on the 5th December. Your website stated delivery was 5 to 7 days. We are now on the 18th so13 days and my parcel is still in transit. No tracking details after the 11th of Dec. You need to be more realistic about delivery times.

My parcel wasnt collected and delivered when it was supposed to be! I clicked on the guaranteed option, it says you get a refund if not collected and delivered on time! which costs extra! now Im getting the run around! Wasted my time and the person I sent the package to! No refund! Will not be using again!

First time I used service. First drop off agent had cabinets which didnt work for me as I wasnt sent a bar code via email to scan. Subsequently went to Happy Shopper store on Cheltenham High Street where the incredibly helpful manager advised that I needed to attach THREE customs forms. Therefore had to return with additional signed documentation. Thankfully the agent had clear envelopes to accommodate extra copies. Took hours and a lot of petrol before package was on its way. I have checked but nowhere in the instructions does it say 3 copies of customs forms.

Fairly easy process online to book and prepare parcel. Delivered to a local store for pickup. Delivery to Europe within 3 days with clear communication along the way. Excellent speed and price.

Easy process good Comms for EU posting with excellent tracking. Only pain and not Parcel Monkeys fault was the form filling for customs and customs charges on kids Christmas presents at the delivery. I will never get over how stupid people were to vote for Brexit.

Following on from our claim for a parcel that wasn’t delivered and our subsequent complaints and Trustpilot reviews Parcel Monkey agreed to pay £220.14. However we received only £87.50 and having complained over 10 days ago about this underpayment they say the issue has been handed back to the accounts team. We are now getting no response. This has been going on since the 27th of September when we first raised the issue that is 82 days and counting!!!
