When you book a parcel drop-off service with Parcel Monkey, you have the choice of three popular drop-off service providers – Parcelforce, UPS and DPD.
You can drop off your parcel at almost any Post Office, DPD Pickup shop or UPS Access Point in the UK.

DPD drop-off services are called DPD Pickup and you can take your parcel to any of the 2,500+ DPD Pickup locations. They will scan your parcel at the shop and a courier will collect it either later that day or the following day.

Parcelforce drop-off services can be dropped into almost any Post Office or to a Parcelforce depot.

Drop-off services are suitable for both UK shipping and international parcel delivery. We provide any necessary customs documents in the booking process, so all you have to do is print them off and attach them with the shipping label, then drop off your parcel as normal.
You can still track your parcel in full with a parcel drop-off service, it will be scanned at the shop or Post Office and then throughout its transit until delivery. Share your tracking number with the recipient so they too can track the goods.
This is not an option, as you will not have the correct label if you booked a courier collection for your item.
For your parcel to be accepted at a drop-off location, you will be provided with a drop-off label to print and attach to your parcel. For collected services, the driver brings the barcoded shipping label with them to attach to your parcel.
You can re-book a new collection for the next working day, or you can cancel your order and get it refunded. You can then book a parcel drop-off service and drop off at your local store with the correct labels to ensure your parcel arrives safely.
