Although the name is a little confusing, if you're sending a parcel, DPD Pickup is a drop off service, allowing you to drop off your parcel at one of DPD's Pickup shops. Once you've dropped off your parcel, it will be collected and delivered to the recipient's address unless they choose to divert it to a local DPD Pickup shop and pick up their parcel from there - hence the name DPD Pickup.
DPD Pickup is a convenient option for the recipient if they know they won't be in to receive a parcel, but also for you as the sender as you won't have to wait for DPD to collect your parcel, you can drop it off at a time that works for you.
DPD Pickup shops have extended opening hours so you can drop off and collect parcels in the evening or at the weekend and with over 2500 store locations, you are sure to have a Pickup store nearby. DPD Pickup is a very simple and straightforward service to book and use.
When you go to a DPD Pickup shop to hand over the parcel, DPD then takes over. The store assistant will scan your parcel in and provide you with a receipt.
A driver will come to collect the parcel later that day or the very next day. You can follow the parcel using your PM order to delivery. You can also track it all via a DPD app or website using the DPD label from the shipping label.

Easy website and good value for delivery
I had to send big parcel with weight arond 15kg. It was easy too compare prices without filling any personal data before yu receive a qoute.
I had to send a parcel back to the UK agent of a US company, not something I do every day.
