Couriers can accept high-value parcel delivery requests, but please do check the prohibited items list.
As a large-scale courier network, we do have a significant number of customers sending high-value items through the system. These items typically include jewellery, especially rings, watches and bracelets; furniture; antiques; and the like. The vast majority of these customers consult the prohibited items list before they book. They would notice that some items are either excluded completely such as jewellery over £250 in value, lottery tickets or precious stones or are carried but on a no-compensation basis. It is, therefore, essential that if you have any expensive items that you would like couriered, that you review that list of items and cross-check with what you end to ship.
We have a limit of £1000 as the maximum value of an item you can send, we also offer additional protection cover should you want to add it at the time of booking. As mentioned above please check the item is not prohibited before you send it, or that there is no cap on the value we can insure it up such as Jewellery and Mobile Phones.
That's great news, but please do have a look through and look for any more generic phrases such as 'jewellery' also including watches and necklaces, etc.
