DPD Air Classic is an extension of the DPD Classic road service in Europe which connects you to more than 200 countries across the globe. It's the combination of great prices and transit times make it an ideal choice for customers who don't require the more expensive Express services we offer.
With full traceability and notifications to both the sender and receiver, DPD Air Classic will give you the best possible delivery experience. Always provide the recipient contact number in the booking process as the will then receive all notifications and can make in-flight changes to their delivery such as choosing a neighbour for the item to be delivered to if they are out.
DPD will come and collect your parcel from your home or work address. They can come and pick up your items between 8 am and 6 pm on weekdays.
DPD Air Classic isn't as quick as sending a parcel via DPD Air Express, however, the estimated economy transit times to major destinations are 3-7 working days. Some destinations in more remote areas or with lesser transport infrastructure can take slightly longer.
When you book DPD Air Classic, both you and the recipient will be able to track your delivery throughout the delivery process. Simply download the DPD App for DPD live tracking updates as well as the opportunity to update your delivery date and location to suit your needs.

DPD Air Classic handles any customs documents online, so all you need to do is print and attach your shipping label. The documents are paperless with your customs invoice sent over to DPD at the time of booking.
You can send parcels that weigh up to 30kg to some destinations with DPD Air Classic.
Please note BATTERIES are now prohibited and all items sent via this service with them enclosed will be returned to sender.

Your service at parcel monkey has been fantastic you set me up with DPD who where also fantastic at first then the tracking stopped with the same message on the van out for delivery the person receiving the parcel was then contacted and asked to go to a completely different state to pick the parcel up this was poor service I informed him to say no to this as parcel was paid to be delivered to his address
