For a more affordable option, use FedEx’s Economy Drop Off service and have your parcel delivered within 4-6 working days no matter where you’re shipping to.
Add some extra security to your shipping with free tracking available on all Parcel Monkey services and the option of up to £25 free parcel protection on your parcel. You can also use the what3words address to add some added accuracy on your shipping destination.
Simply book your international delivery with us and drop your parcel off at your local FedEx store. Before you send, make sure you check your items are eligible to be delivered. See our full list of prohibited items.
Dropping your parcel off at a FedEx drop off point is simple, and only takes a few steps:
We’ll email your postage labels to you - you can print them at home or at the drop off point.
You can complete the necessary customs documents (you’ll need 4 copies) during the booking process - we’ll provide you with all the paperwork you need for your parcel to breeze through customs.
Just print and attach documents to your parcel alongside the postage label, which we will email to you once booked. You can secure the documents in a plastic envelope for added safety.
And for added security, include an extra copy of your customs documentation inside the parcel as well as attaching to the outside. Drop off your parcel at a time that suits you with all labels and documents attached.
With Parcel Monkey, you can see the nearest drop off location near you in the booking process. Simply add your postcode and address details and have the freedom of selecting a FedEx drop off store that best suits you.
Make sure you have printed off your postage label and customs documents and securely attached them to your parcel before you drop it off. Your label will be sent to your email once you’ve booked with us.

Great delivery time! Only downside was Fedex drop-off didnt work as "Shipment does not have digital clearance paperwork". But, was able to arrange collection via weblink - didnt have to speak to customer service on phone or webchat.
Great experience.. first time-user but got best deal which even was no there directly on the courier provider website.

Second time using Parcel Monkey. Very easy process and straightforward. Good choice in terms of budget as well. My choice was FedEx based on the time it would take. It ended up taking a little but longer but within the range I had set for myself.

At first I was skeptical about the service never doing it before but the way the choices were tailored to ease of access and how you can choose various options and get sent straight to the courier was fantastic also the way that you could keep track and have a dashboard to come back to each and every time was really assuring great service.
