DPD offer a reliable delivery service to destinations around the world, as well as an excellent UK domestic service. Handling 2 million parcels every day, they regularly top customer satisfaction surveys for their excellent services levels.
If you want to reach customers, friends or family around the globe for less, then you can book DPD services at a discounted rate via Parcel Monkey. You'll still have access to their brilliant tracking tool, be able to add protection cover and choose from a range of collection and drop off services, including DPD Drop Off, DPD Classic and DPD Express.
For those who need to send a parcel domestically within the UK, we offer discounted drop-off and collection services with DPD.
Our DPD Pick Up service allows you to drop off your parcel at any DPD Pick Up point and will deliver your parcel in 1-2 days. DPD Next Day Collected includes a courier collection from your home or work address and will deliver your parcel the working day after collection.
DPD offer affordable delivery services out of the UK to international destinations. You can send your items to major destinations in Europe in 3-5 working days, whilst if you are sending a parcel out of the EU, it can be delivered safely in approximately 3-7 working days. This sort of transit time can be considered as expedited delivery.
Parcel Monkey collect all the relevant information in the booking process for Customs, and these documents are sent to DPD using a paperless process, so if you need to send a parcel overseas with DPD all you need to print out is the shipping label.

DPD Drop Off services are popular as they are often cheaper than booking a collection from a home or work address.
You can drop off into any of the 2,500 + DPD Pickup stores at your convenience, with extended opening hours, allowing you to drop off in the evening or at the weekend.
You can book a DPD Drop Off service for sending items in the UK or internationally.
One of the most important things to our customers is knowing when your parcel has been collected or has been delivered. For this reason, many customers choose DPD for its superior level of parcel tracking.
For the full delivery experience, encourage the recipient to download the DPD App. Delivery days and slots can be easily amended via the App.

DPD have a zero-tolerance on shipping batteries and liquids, so please ensure they are not included in your parcel to avoid the headache of the shipment being returned.
Likewise, DPD is not willing to carry suitcases and holdalls any longer, due to the damage that can be caused to their conveyor belts by the wheels. You can still send luggage if it is boxed up. Ensure no liquids or aerosols are sent too.
You should always also check the prohibited items list and that the destination you are shipping to accepts the goods you wish to send.
Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 8 am and 6 pm. However, once you've booked your delivery you can set your preferred delivery day and slot (before or after 12 noon) via the DPD App.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a Saturday or Sunday delivery option with DPD.
Courier collections are generally carried out Monday-Friday between 8 am and 6 pm.
Unfortunately, we can't provide a specific time for when your parcel will be collected, however, DPD will often send a text message or email on the day of your collection, providing a one-hour collection window. Please note that this is not guaranteed though, so you should ensure that you are available all day.
