Parcel Monkey is well organised and is very quick and professional at the UK end. I have recently sent three separate parcels to my daughter in Lusaka, Zambia. There are problems at that end. Door to door delivery has taken three to four weeks - greatly in excess of the quoted transit. There are probably several reasons but two that parcel Monkey could help with are these: (1)Requiring the recipient to quote an airway bill number before the parcels are released - yet you do not appear to advise this reference. (2)Your Lusaka representative (often DHL) have not made sufficient effort to to pinpoint the consignees address so that in every case she has to collect from the Lusaka DHL office.

I booked with parcel monkey a few times now, however it’s more that I was hoping parcels would get there a bit sooner… states 2-4 working days, sometimes wish it was earlier with 2 days and not the entire 4 days on top of a long weekend with public holidays.
