Parcel Monkey's Europe by Road service allows you to send your parcels into Europe from the UK for less, using our discounted courier rates. It is simply a hybrid set up, and due to the volumes of goods we ship with the couriers involved, they give us low-cost courier rates.
The goods are collected from your home or work address by a premium courier such as Parcelforce, who then take it to a Freight Forwarder who then dispatch the parcel to Europe via Road.
The service comes with full tracking door to door, so you can follow the parcel using the tracking number provided at the time of booking.
Parcel Monkey Europe by Road is perfect service for goods that do not need an Express Courier, which may suit customers who are looking to keep the cost of shipping down. The road service is designed to make customers lives easier as you can still enjoy full door to door tracking. The courier, generally Parcelforce will come to collect your parcel between 8 am and 6 pm.
The only difference would be that the transit time may take a little longer than an air express service, but transit times via road or air into the relatively local market of Europe are all around 2-4 working days anyway.
The Parcel Monkey Europe by Road service comes into its own when sending large or heavy goods, as sending such freight by air can be costly. Shipping these by road is far more cost effective and if you are relocating or have something large to send you can still do so in a reasonable shipping time, without having to spend a fortune.

The goods are still shipped by premium courier services, based on our long-standing relationships with carriers such as Parcelforce and DHL who route the parcels via a freight forwarder.
Our Europe by Road courier prices is a fraction of the amount that the more established shipping companies charge and the only sacrifice is an extra day or two for delivery time. The costs are kept low as we provide the couriers with a large volume of orders every day, so in turn, they give us a discounted rate which we pass on to you.
Our courier partners are agile enough to help resolve problems whereas some of the larger couriers would simply return the goods, whereas on this service the utmost effort will be made to fix any problems.

Driver picked up on time having getting a bit lost a bit and calling, making every effort to get to me at a remote location. Parcel then arrived on time across Europe. The pricing was extremely competitive so was a little worried almost too cheap so could I trust the service. I needn’t have worried and Parcel Monkey will be my go to next time. Thanks.

Okay. the parcel was of an unusual size, quite restricted with who would take it. The service was quite expensive. An over abundance of info received from the carrier DHL. The impression was a home delivery wasnt an option so I chose a collection from a convenient pick up point. Again the DHL site was very confusing when it came to the actual delivery. In point of fact I could of have it delivered to my home, but this appeared not to be an option. Overall I would use the service again where no other option is available.

Delivery was all good
After the poor performance last time I used them I wasnt expecting much but they performed perfectly well this time and I wouldnt hesitate to use them again. Far cheaper than going direct to the companies but with the same standards
