It took 2 attempts to collect when a phone call or email with a 2 hour time slot could have prevented it, The first collection failed when I had stayed in all day only to nip out at 14.50 to school and returned 15.12 to find the collection agent had been at 15.02

Unreliable service I chose to send goods to china from uk and expected package delivery within a week. Now 30 days passed and still goods showing in the uk airport. Worse service as I am not able to contact customer service support

I found the service easy to navigate for a heavy valuable set of books. I sent 4 parcels of books to Poland. All arrived safely. Parcel force obviously didnt pick up but this was not the sites fault. The books arrived safely.

I HAVE LOST SO MANY PARCELS WITH THIS COMPANY. MANY STEALERS WORK IN THIS COMPANY. We are very sorry that your parcel was not delivered as arranged. The next course of action would be to raise a claim however, after further assessment of the above reference, we regret to state that you are not eligible to claim against your parcel. I booked a pick up for Thursday, hadnt received confirmation from DPD through Parcelmonkey what time, which means it hadnt been booked with them. I let Parcelmonkey know and they kept sending generic messages and not dealing with the issue. Of course wasnt picked up on Thursday, Friday morning I contacted Parcelmonkey again and said I still havent got a pick up time from DPD. They again kept not dealing with it, and once again not picked up on Friday. Eventually was picked up on Monday which was totally out of order and caused me big issues. My issue was I kept letting them know there was a problem and they fobbed me off with generic messages.

Sent a large parcel to Louisiana USA. Had no problems with the delivery on the day they quoted. Overall a good experience and at a great price.

I seriously wonder what it is I am paying parcelmonkey.com for. I pay for a service that provides me with exactly what? I thought parcel monkey.com supposed to be the middle man here. Parcelmonkey.com is supposed to deal with the courtier on the customers behalf. I paid extra money for insurance so in the event of a parcel getting lost Id be covered. Pointless. Instead parcelmonkey.com is just giving me excuse after excuse and will not fulfill the contract. Instead parcelmonkey.com keeps sending me to do the legwork they should be doing themselves. They are a utterly useless service. Dont bother using them, they can be completely removed and thats what I am doing right now. Im no longer using parcelmonkey.com services, Im going directly to the courier and it is actually working out cheaper and they actually deliver and are helpful when theres a problem. Avoid parcelmonkey.com, as soon as theres an issue with a shipment theyll disappear on you, you are on your own.

The merchandise is stuck in customs although I filled in the parcel Force declaration and have also submitted ID and foto ID to Spanish Correos customs - very frustrating!
