Book parcel for collection, no one turn up to collect it, I email you also text you through live chat but no no response, absolutely disgraceful service will never use it again.

I will never use Parcel Monkey again and would give a zero review if possible.I arranged a delivery to Norway. The update on the tracker was returned to sender as no contact from addressee. The addressee was not contacted and there was one minute on timeline between released from customs and return to sender. An absolute joke, complete lie as addresses never contacted to collect. Did a live chat with parcel monkey and advised no manager available and no call centre set up, absolutely ridiculous.Will never use parcel monkey again.,

Absolute Monkies of the courier industry - sub lets out the business to small Indy couriers that have no interest in your items being delivered in 1 piece. My item came damaged and dumped at the front of my property with no phone call or signature ( which is required ) the courier did not want to deal with the confrontation of the neglected parcel. 0 stars, on top of this the “insurance” that’s offered isn’t worth a rub. Don’t bother using this company as your better off using Jim Carey from Dumb and Dumber kicking your parcel down the hallway, at least he delivers On time as these monkies were 5 days late. Terrible firm, Avoid

Sent a parcel a few weeks before Christmas. Dropped it off as normal. Item never made it. Granted it’s UPS who I hold responsible. However, Parcelmonkey do not care nor did they show any understanding or take any ownership for this situation or helping rectify it. Constantly saying they’ll contact UPS but then no feedback is ever delivered. For all I know they never bothered to chase them up. To them, they don’t want anything to do with it.

I shipped an item to Canada using UPS via Parcel Monkey due to a postal strike in Canada I was unable to use Royal Mail. I used a standard 35x50cm shipping box that I cut down to 26cm height, weight was 2.4Kg and I declared 2.5Kg, firstly it took 2 days and an e-mail to get the postage label meaning I missed the Monday pick up when I would have been home and had to leave the package outside my front door on Tuesday for UPS to collect, then 1 week after deliver they charged my Paypal £10.81 without informing me prior claiming the declared weight was 9Kg and actual weight was 12Kg, when I disputed this charge with Paypal they changed their mind and claimed the box had grown by 6cm and that was the reason for the charge, they offered no proof of this or any alleged communication with UPS and instead asked me to send them pictures of the package size and weight, I literally sent them a copy of the label showing declared weight of 2.5Kg and their invoice showing the declared weight was 9Kg. As Paypal only seems to put PM and myself in a forum to argue back and forth and does not get involved I let it go but will be lodging a complaint with the Postal Redress Service (POSTRS) as its clear to me; and after reading many similar cases here, that PM are a bunch of scamming fraudulent thieves who are making a fortune by stealing money from customers as they see fit and with no justification only false accusations....STAY AWAY

This item is still not delivered. It taken to the post office Northern Hill Post Office on Monday or Tuesday today is Sunday, the 12th of January. I’m not happy with the service.

I arranged a parcel collection via Parcel Monkey to be collected on Monday. Monday morning I got email saying they will collect between 9-5 oclock. Well, noone turned up and noone called me or texted me or emailed me. They simply didnt turn up. So I went on the website and the ONLY option was to rebook for a different day. So I rebooked for the next day - tuesday. On tuesday I didnt even receive the email saying they will collect and again - noone turned up and noone let me know. I asked for a refund and received it in about a week but this is simply unacceptable and outrageous. I get it, stuff happens, but at least let me know! Just staying quiet and not even letting me know is terrible experience. The only reason I gave them 2 stars rather than 1 is because they gave me my money back and I understand theyre just a middle man and its not them actually collecting the parcel but bloody hell. I was fuming.

Results of successful deliveries do not show on eBay even with the tracking number . Someone at Parcel monkey needs to find out why.

Great way to find the best way and prices to send parcels abroad.
The only negative really was to do with the amount of customs charges the person I was sending the package to (which was a gift) had to pay. It would have been nice to know this in advance or there was a way that I could have paid. I also think the charges were outrageous. Gifts (which were new baby clothes) cost less than £150 to buy and the customs was £42 on top. This left a bad taste in my mouth.
Incidentally the package was being sent to Denmark.

I had an urgent delivery to make before my parents left the country for three months. The website was easy enough to manage but the courier did not arrive, so I’m out of pocket and I had to do the journey myself. It was highly inconvenient and stressful. I had no choice but to take my children with me.

Booked a next day collection and delivery with DPD and no driver even collected the parcel after being reassured by Parcel Monkey that itll happen for 3 days in a row. Im not sure whether this was DPD at fault or Parcel Monkey, but either way the service was poor and I had to cancel the order - now I just need to wait 5 days for a refund (how companies are still getting away with that is shocking!). Having Parcel Monkey in the middle added no value and meant I couldnt contact DPD directly to try to understand and rectify the issue. Going forward I will be going direct to the courier and cutting out the middle man of Parcel Monkey

My Parcel (Luggage) was collected Friday in Scotland to London. Received it the following week Monday because they dont do Saturdays and Sundays.

Been doing this many times when I travel around UK. Instead of me carrying it in and out of flight.

Finally, this worked well but it was a bit tense trying to track the parcels. The ‘PM’ number given me was not accepted by your tracker and I had to contact my vendor who said he’d managed to track it using TI6157695. Parcelforce then registered it as out for delivery but it didn’t come. Same thing the next day. They got to me on their third try but by that time (as there was some urgency involved) I’d managed to ring their Customer Services dept. After a 20minute wait for an operative and having explained the situation, I was given a code number which apparently would enable PF to check that the message had been taken and passed on, but no assurances of future action were given. I was delighted when the parcels arrived on the third day of trying, but, as so often, found the business of trying to contact human beings who have a firewall erected around them deeply frustrating.

Did not alert give enough information about needing a label and DPD refused to take it and would not wait fir ine to print one off.. Had to rebook but you are not reachable by phone so had to use chat service to ask yiu to send link for label. Also you said parcel was being delivered on Monday but did not confirm either that this was successfully done. Cost me £16 and will not use again.
