Be the boss of your delivery and use FedEx Next Day Drop Off to send parcels at a time that best suits you. Be aware that drop off before 1pm gives your parcel a higher chance of arriving the next working day.
Dropping your parcel off at a FedEx drop off point is easy, and only takes a few steps:
To find a FedEx drop off close to you, easily enter your address details during the booking process. After adding your postcode and address details, we’ll show you your nearest drop off locations - leaving you the freedom of choosing a drop off point that best suits you.
You’ll attach a postage label to your parcel before it can be shipped. Don’t have a printer? No problem. Just make sure you choose to print your labels in store when you book your delivery. Then when you get to the drop off point, simply scan your QR code and have your label printed for you.
Free tracking is available on all deliveries booked with Parcel Monkey.
Parcel Monkey will send you a booking confirmation via email once your parcel has been taken to the FedEx drop off location. This includes a tracking reference number and link which you can use to track your parcel for free. Have peace of mind knowing where your parcel is at all times.

Quick and effective - would recommend
I was disappointed with the service this time - usually it’s fantastic. The parcel was dropped off on Monday afternoon so should’ve been picked up Tuesday. However the courier didn’t collect until Thursday and parcel delivered Friday
Easy to use, arrived in time frame.
This was a much smoother experience than I was expecting after reading leading lots of negative reports. My biggest issue was finding a place to drop off the parcel! The first three on the list of nearest to me told me that they didnt take them. I went to every one of them as no one was answering their phones. I did get through to the fourth store who assured me they would take it. This information MUST be updated. It would also be useful to know the times of the collections from the drop off points.
