Do you offer a service to deliver exhibition stands the next day?

We most definitely do, we don't however, offer a service to assemble them.

Jumping straight into the urgency part of the question: we do provide a variety of services that would allow you to send your stands to the exhibition quickly. The most reliable would be ParcelForce, which offer a next day before 9 am service which starts at £22.49+vat. If you would like to send it for delivery anytime the next working day, then Parcelforce has reasonable services from £9.49+vat and £10.89+vat respectively.

As you're sending your exhibitions stands through the courier network you will need to make sure that they're adequately packaged and addressed. If possible add the stand location to your delivery address so the venue agents can help locate you. Don't forget there is plenty of space available in the "Notes for the driver delivering the item" box.

Of course, it would be wise to make sure that if the exhibition company has a separate address for deliveries that you should mark that as the delivery address. Sometimes stands should be sent to a different location or part of the venue.
