Parcelforce provides a reliable, tracked delivery service to long-haul destinations, where many other couriers can not offer such a premium service.
You will need to complete customs documents when posting outside the EU, but when you book online with Parcel Monkey, this is all taken care of as part of the booking process. All you need to do is print off the completed customs declaration and attach it to the outside of your parcel.

If you choose a parcel-drop off service with Parcelforce, you can drop off your parcel at any Royal Mail Post Office or Parcelforce depot.
When you book a Parcelforce service through Parcel Monkey, you'll still benefit from Post Office tracking, so although you're paying less, you'll still get exactly the same level of visibility on your parcel deliveries.
You can use our tracking tool to follow the parcel to delivery, as it reflects the Post Office tracking details, or you can track the parcel directly on the Parcelforce website. You can also share the tracking number with the recipient so they can track the progress of their goods.
If you book another cheap postal service though Parcel Monkey, either DHL or DPD, these also come inclusive of tracking for UK and international deliveries.
