For the vast majority of people, the weekend is a time of downing tools and relaxing. It's also the only time that some can guarantee that they'll be at home to take delivery of a parcel. And as such that's why we pay particular attention to offering our customers the ability to specify a Saturday or Sunday delivery.

You can but only with City Sprint, who offer a Same Day courier service who can collect 365 days of the year, 24 hours a day so if you have something urgent needed over the weekend they are a great option for collections. If you need a bed collecting for instance, and it is only a local movement City Sprint are great value for money.
We do not offer any other collection services over the weekend via our quote engine, but you can drop off at the Post Office or DPD Pick Up store if they are open over the weekend. Just book online, print off the shipping labels and attach them to the box and take them to the place most convenient for you.

As you would expect weekend delivery is more pricey as the costs involved in staffing and delivering are more to the courier.
We offer UK Mail Saturday for £19.99 + VAT and Parcelforce Saturday and Sunday from just over £23 + VAT.
These courier services normally arrive before lunchtime over the weekend and still come fully tracked plus you can add protection cover on to the booking too. When moving items locally over the weekend, it often makes sense to book a Same Day courier. For the collection of items being sold on marketplaces like Gumtree or eBay, and if you are having something picked up from someone else.
If you need to book a weekend courier and don't have a printer, Parcelforce and City Sprint are ideal.
Please note the only courier available to book on a Bank Holiday would be City Sprint who offer collection and delivery services 365 days of the year.
