The time your parcel will be collected will depend on which service you've booked and with which carrier, but most of the collected courier services we offer are collected Monday-Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, excluding bank holidays and public holidays.
You can book a courier collection from your home or work address, however, if these times aren’t convenient, many of our most popular courier services offer a drop off option, so you can drop off your parcel at your local Post Office or courier drop off shop at a time that suits you.
Courier collection times:
We currently don’t offer a DPD parcel collection service for UK deliveries, but if you’ve booked a DPD international service, such as DPD Air Express or DPD Air Classic, you can book a DPD parcel collection from your home or work address Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm (excluding bank holidays and public holidays).
For DPD UK deliveries, book DPD Pickup. This is the cheapest UK delivery service we offer and requires you to drop off your parcel at your local DPD Pickup shop. DPD Pickup Classic can be booked as a drop off service for international deliveries.
Parcelforce can collect from your home or work address, Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm (excluding bank holidays and public holidays). If you have booked a Saturday or Sunday delivery, Parcelforce will collect on the Friday prior to this. If these times aren’t convenient, book a drop off service and drop off your parcel at your local Post Office.
The majority of Parcelforce services, including Parcelforce 24 and Parcelforce 48 are available for collection or drop off. Find your nearest Post Office or Parcelforce depot.
When you book a DHL collected service, a DHL courier will collect from your home or work address Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm (excluding bank holidays and public holidays). If you have booked a Saturday delivery, DHL will collect on the Friday prior to this.
If you book a same day service with CitySprint, you can select a collection time and you’ll be given a half hour window either side of that time. So, if you book a collection for 2.00pm you should be prepared for the courier to turn up as early as 1.30pm, but no later than 2.30pm.
CitySprint collect 24hours a day, 365 days of the year, so they’re always on hand to help.
If you were expecting a collection and it’s after 6 pm, please check the courier hasn’t left a card if it’s possible you could have missed them. If you have missed the collection or it hasn’t happened, please contact our Live Chat team and we’ll reschedule it for you. As the booking is made with the carrier by Parcel Monkey, it reduces confusion if we rebook collections on your behalf. We can easily do this on our system to get issues resolved as quickly as possible.
