DHL Express tracking  

DHL provides such detailed tracking, it is easy to work out what is going on with your parcel. Here are some of the common DHL tracking notifications you might see: 

• Forwarded for Delivery - great news, your parcel will shortly be delivered once you see this notification. It’s heading to the local depot to be handed to the delivery driver.
   
• Arrived at Sort Facility - when sending a parcel internationally, you may see a few of these as the parcel goes through various DHL hubs on route to the recipient. You might be confused sometimes if the parcel is going to one country, but scanned in another. However, often it will simply be sorted there and sent on to the final delivery country. 
   
• Contact DHL - rarely seen, this normally means there is an issue with Customs where some duty might need to be paid by the recipient, or the final delivery address clarified. The recipient can contact DHL and quote the DHL tracking number to resolve this or you can contact Parcel Monkey and we can assist. 
   
• Customs Status Updated - This status provides an indication of the clearance processing from the destination. Click into 'Further details (+)' to open and see the additional information available. DHL allows you to see very early if there is additional information required by Customs for clearance.

DHL tracking UK   

DHL Parcel UK, formally known as UK Mail, is a hugely popular UK delivery service, due to its reliability and high standards of customer support.

You can track the progress of your DHL parcel via the Parcel Monkey tracking tool using your PM number.

Please note that while the rebrand from UK Mail to DHL Parcel UK is taking place, the DHL tracking page is branded both UK Mail and DHL. When collecting your parcel, you should also be aware that some local depots may still be branded UK Mail during the transition period.

DHL international tracking 

You can book a DHL courier service to almost any worldwide destination and with DHL international tracking you can track your parcel every step of the way.

Find out when your parcel has arrived at its overseas destination and where it is in the customs clearance process. If your parcel has been held for any reason, you'll receive a notification so you can provide any additional information needed. Remember to always provide the recipient's contact number, so DHL or customs can contact them if required. This is particularly relevant to international shipments, as the recipient will be contacted by customs to pay any customs fees due.

DHL tracking number

When you book DHL deliveries with Parcel Monkey, you can access the full DHL tracking service for both domestic and international deliveries using your PM booking reference or your DHL tracking number.   

You can find your PM number and you DHL tracking number on your shipping label (highlighted in the image below) or on your Parcel Monkey dashboard.
