• Your parcel has been dropped off at a DPD Pickup Shop - the parcel has been dropped into a Pickup shop where a DPD driver will collect it. 
   
• Out for delivery - the parcel is on the road ready to be delivered. 
   
• At Hub - the parcel is at the DPD depot being processed before being sent on.  
   
• The parcel is being processed through customs clearance - one of the most important scans for parcels being shipped out of the EU, it shows customs are checking the parcel, its contents and value. Customs may contact the recipient if any duty is owed, so it is vital to provide a working contact number for the recipient. 
   
• We were unable to deliver your parcel - this can be down to any number of reasons but can easily be resolved. If you share the tracking information with the recipient, they can contact the local delivery agent and resolve the issue or get in touch with Parcel Monkey and we can help.
