DX delivery tracking will provide an estimated delivery time and should your parcel encounter any delays, both the sender and recipient can be made aware via the tracking updates.
Upon delivery of your items, the driver will capture an image and signature as Proof of Delivery, providing peace of mind that your package has reached its destination.
DX offers a freight service for large and heavy items, including pallets. DX Freight tracking is also available via the Parcel Monkey tracking tool and will enable you to see when the item is at the DX depot and out for delivery.
If you booked your DX parcel delivery through Parcel Monkey, you can access the full DX delivery tracking or DX freight tracking service using your PM booking reference or your DX tracking number.
You can find both numbers on your shipping label (highlighted in the image below) or on your Parcel Monkey dashboard.
Please note that when your parcel is collected the courier will have a delivery address label to attach to the box. Please check the delivery address on the label is correct.
