Awaiting customs clearance - your parcel has arrived in the delivery country and will be handled by Customs.
Delivery held - deliveries can be put on hold by Parcelforce for a variety of reasons, including damage to the item, incorrect paperwork at customs or the discovery of restricted items.

Parcelforce Worldwide enables customers to post parcels to international destinations around the globe and despite the parcel leaving the UK, tracking will still be available until the parcel is safely delivered.
All Parcelforce Worldwide deliveries can be tracked through our tracking tool. With international deliveries, please ensure a contact number for the recipient is provided in case Customs or the courier need to contact the recipient.
If you booked your Parcelforce delivery through Parcel Monkey, you can access the full Parcelforce tracking service using your PM booking reference or your Parcelforce tracking number.
You can find your PM number and the Parcelforce tracking number on your shipping label (highlighted in the image below) or on your Parcel Monkey dashboard.
