Albania, officially known as the Republic of Albania, is a located in Southeastern Europe and is home to just shy of 3 million people. It took 2 attempts to collect when a phone call or email with a 2 hour time slot could have prevented it, The first collection failed when I had stayed in all day only to nip out at 14.50 to school and returned 15.12 to find the collection agent had been at 15.02
