The Principality of Andorra is located in the Pyrenees and nestled between Spain and France and is famous for having the highest capital in Europe at a very lofty 1023 meters. It took 2 attempts to collect when a phone call or email with a 2 hour time slot could have prevented it, The first collection failed when I had stayed in all day only to nip out at 14.50 to school and returned 15.12 to find the collection agent had been at 15.02
