Before you send a parcel to Croatia you should check the item you're sending isn't prohibited or restricted from import. You can find information on this through the Croatian customs website. Please also consult our own list of prohibited items before booking a parcel delivery to Croatia, as this includes items which are not permitted to travel via our courier networks, such as aerosols, liquids and food.
From January 1st, 2021 you will need to provide a customs declaration when you send a parcel to Croatia from the UK. This is due to Brexit and the UK no longer being part of the EU.

We have just discovered that the parcel we sent via Parcel Monkey and DHL has been delivered. However, we only know that by looking up the tracking number etc. I was expecting to get a notification either from Parcel Monkey and DHL. But since the parcel was delivered to the right person, and in reasonable time, I am happy.
