Parcel Monkey were fantastic. Item sent to Greece by UPS. UPS Handling in Greece were a total nightmare clearing the item. They kept insisting on documents that did not exist. Parcel Monkey were very helpful liaising with UPS to resolve the problem.
Although I paid door to door international delivery, parcelforce failed to collect and sender - a person with special needs - had to pay extra for taxi to take heavy parcel to post office in person

Good experience, I was able to track my parcel completely from when it left the UK until it arrived in Greece. It would have been a 5 star review if not for getting an email to pay customs tax or it was sent back, half way through its journey. I would have thought, given that the destination was known on booking that this should have already been into account. With so much fraud about today, I was worried about clicking on links to pay anything more, but thankfully it was genuine.
