My international delivery arrived within the time frame, however the tracking only covered the UK section and after it left the UK, there was no tracking info, so I was unaware of which courier was used until DHL called to say it had arrived

It took 2 attempts to collect when a phone call or email with a 2 hour time slot could have prevented it, The first collection failed when I had stayed in all day only to nip out at 14.50 to school and returned 15.12 to find the collection agent had been at 15.02
