None of the local vendors did not accept FedEx parcels as the system they use are not compatible, would recommend taking these vendors off your site for parcel drop off until the problem is resolved. Had to go to a main FedEx depot, and only after going to the 3rd one before finding one that accepts international parcels for delivery.
Excellent delivery time deserving 5* however tracking information isn’t ever updated, even after the item has arrived at destination....trackiing still shows pickup scheduled, hence I’ve marked down one star.

It took 2 attempts to collect when a phone call or email with a 2 hour time slot could have prevented it, The first collection failed when I had stayed in all day only to nip out at 14.50 to school and returned 15.12 to find the collection agent had been at 15.02
Service is always really good. My parcel is due to arrive this week I think.
