Réunion is a French island of just 800,000 inhabitants in the Indian Ocean to the east of Madagascar and south west of Mauritius. Technically Réunion is one of the twenty-seven regions of France and has the same status as one of the French islands in the English Channel or Bay of Biscay. Another interesting fact, and its related to the previous, Réunion is the most distant point from the European Union which is politically within it.

It took 2 attempts to collect when a phone call or email with a 2 hour time slot could have prevented it, The first collection failed when I had stayed in all day only to nip out at 14.50 to school and returned 15.12 to find the collection agent had been at 15.02
