Shipping costs to South Korea can vary depending on the size and weight of your parcel, as well as how quickly you want to send it there. We have services with DHL Air Express to ensure it arrives as quickly as 2-3 working days, whilst if you want to use a more cost effective service we have rates with DPD who can deliver your parcel in 4-6 working days. We also have our own Parcel Monkey Air Express service which is similiar to the DHL one, only we use Parcelforce to collect in the UK, use a Freight Forwarder to dispatch to South Korea where DHL then deliver to the recipient. This means the quality of the service is very high and the only impact it will have is maybe a day or two on the transit time, but for up to half the cost of booking direct with a courier.

The parcel was labelled and recorded as having South Korea as the destination country, yet it went twice to Singapore before finally arriving in Korea. Not very impressive, but it did arrive in the end.
I sent a parcel to South Korea on the 5th December. Your website stated delivery was 5 to 7 days. We are now on the 18th so13 days and my parcel is still in transit. No tracking details after the 11th of Dec. You need to be more realistic about delivery times.
