Great to compare different couriers
It took 2 attempts to collect when a phone call or email with a 2 hour time slot could have prevented it, The first collection failed when I had stayed in all day only to nip out at 14.50 to school and returned 15.12 to find the collection agent had been at 15.02
Service is always really good. My parcel is due to arrive this week I think.
The collection was prompt & the driver polite. Parcel was delivered on time in good condition.
