St Vincent is a volcanic island in the Caribbean. The island is located in between St Lucia and Grenada. The communication was excellent, I used the live chat and was able to reschedule the collection and get additional tracking information.
I have used the company several times over a period of time, usually the service is very good but occasionally there is a glitch and then it is very tedious and time consuming to get anywhere. Lack of direct phone contact in case of problems is very frustrating.

The only problem is you have to wait around all day youre not given an am or pm collection time. Otherwise, all instructions are straight forward and easy to follow. Delivery is made within the time frame. Excellent customer service
