We understand that many customers just don't want to wait in for a courier to collect from them. They want to take matters into their own hands and drop-off their parcel when suites them best. If you have a parcel that you wish to be delivered by Parcelforce, either within the UK or abroad then you can elect to drop off your parcel at the Parcelforce depot which is located in the Tongwell district of Milton Keynes, which is just north of the Willen Lake and south of Tongwell Lake, just off junction 11 of the M1. Alternatively if your parcel is to be delivered in the UK via City Link then you could drop your parcel off anytime from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am 12 noon on a Saturday. These times would be particularly useful if you are working in the 'new' town or go shopping there at the weekend.
You do, of course, have the choice to have your parcel collected from you. This can either be from your home or office and it doesn't necessarily have to be you that signs for its despatch, it could be a relative, friend or colleague.
If you do work in the centre of Luton then you could use the cheaper, and perhaps more convenient option of the ByBox lockers. There is one located on at the Big Yellow Self Storage unit on Caleb Close which is just south of the central train station. These lockers are secure and can only be accessed by the courier and those with the correct pin number.
We do also have a wide range of collection-only services where the courier will visit you to collect your parcel. For some, perhaps with disabilities and/or children to look after, then this service may be of particular interest. You can find these by using the quote box at the very top of the page. Simply submit the weight and dimensions of your parcel, along with the post code where the parcel is and the post code of where it should be delivered to. This then will give you a range of couriers and prices to choose from.
