The two closest depots that you can take to your parcel to are located on the A33 as you head north from Junction 11 of the M4 towards Reading. If you did work in or near Basingstoke, Heathrow, Crawley then there are other depots available to you. Often customers will decide to take their parcels there as they are open from fairly early in the morning until 7pm or 8pm and then can be visited before or after work. The vast majority of customers, however, prefer to select the option which entails a courier turning up at your door and collecting from you. Some of these services will require you to attach a label to your parcel, so you will need a printer. Whilst other services simply require the courier to bring the label with them and some others will mean the courier will turn up with a delivery for your parcel to be placed within. All these different options are clearly marked within the booking process.
We do have other, more local, services such as the one where you can take your parcel booked online with us but for a Parcelforce courier service abroad. After you have chosen which Post Office branch you would like to drop your parcel off at, you will be given a label to attach to your parcel. The counter staff will then use those details to confirm receipt of your parcel and initiate the tracking. You will not need to pay any fee to the Post Office.
