Both of our courier partners who have UK delivery services have depots within the county of Cambridgeshire. Parcelforce has a depot within Cambridge itself. However, as we know that many customers live or work outside of these cities and may travel beyond the county's borders we have also listed depots close to the county line in Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.
The vast majority of our customers prefer to have their package collected from them and this is an option that can be quickly selected during the booking process. After you have submitted the weight and other size information you will be given a list of choices, one will be the drop off option while another will be a collection. You will then be given a choice of selecting to use a Parcelforce depot for their respective services and then you can select the depot most convenient to you.
Customers who have opted for the Parcelforce international service have an even greater list of options as they can elect to take their prepaid and labelled parcel to their nearest or most convenient Post Office where the counter-staff will book the parcel and schedule its delivery. You can find details of this service during the booking process and a list of available Post Office branches also during that process or by following the relevant links below the map for your closest town or city.
