All mainland UK addresses can have couriers visit them to collect parcels, this is particularly suitable in rural areas such as Redruth. In more populated areas of the country many customers drop off their parcels at a courier depot, but seeing as the closest depots are located in Bodwin and Plymouth is unlikely that many people would want to travel the 60 miles to drop their parcel off. Given this we have expect that many customers will want to have a courier collect from them. Still, many customers are not in a position to wait in so we have teamed up with Parcelforce and the Post Office to allow customers who are sending parcels abroad to take their Parcelforce serviced deliveries to their local branch. The Post Office drop-off service would still need to be booked online using the "send a parcel" link above, but after you have booked the parcel in and attached the label we will send you to then you can take it to the Post Office and the counter staff there will process it for you and give you a receipt with tracking details on - you will also be given a link to track the parcel within your 'dashboard' on this website.
