Customers wishing to send parcels abroad can book their parcel delivery online with us to save money whilst deciding the most convenient option. If you have selected Parcelforce as your chosen parcel delivery company then you can select to have one of their representatives to visit your place of work or residence on a given day, drop off the parcel at their depot which 15 minutes away by car and can be found just north of Chester-le-Street. You also have the option to drop-off your parcel at one of many Post Office locations around the city. There is one by the Cathedral, two on the A690 towards Langley Moor, one on the Fieldhouse Lane and one in Farmwellgate Moor.
We also have a range of courier services which are only available with collection. You can find these by using the search box at the top of the page. To make use of this you will have to have the weight and dimensions of your parcel to hand - as well as your collection and delivery address.
