At Parcel Monkey we like to give our customers as much choice as we can when it comes to how you can send a parcel - recently we have extended our offering to allow customers to drop parcels off at various courier depots. When it comes to people living or working in Stockton on Tees you fortunate to have a Parcelforce depot located just over the River Tees on the Riverside Park Industrial. At this depot, if you didn't want to book a courier to collect your parcel from you, you can take your parcel to the depot and make use of their extended opening hours. This depot, for example, would be very useful if you worked in Middlesbrough and wanted to drop your parcel off either before or after work, alternatively if you went shopping there. The Parcelforce depot can be used for both domestic UK deliveries as well as international ones.
If you cannot make it out to a depot or even wait in for a collection then you can also make use of one of the many Post Office branches located in the area. The process of dropping off your parcel is conducted in much the same way as taking your parcel to a depot. You simply book it online here for a discount and then wait a moment or two for your label to be emailed to you. You then need to print it off (without being resized) and then attach it to your parcel and take it to the Post Office - they will give you a receipt. Our system will also register your parcel and create a tracking link for you to monitor its progress through the courier networks. This service, however, is only available for customers sending parcels abroad.
