Simply print your labels at home and drop in one of their stores where a courier will then collect it, meaning no need to wait in for the driver to collect. This is a fully tracked service, and DPD are ahead of the game with their predict technology meaning an hour delivery slot is sent to the recipient via text message. For many customers the best option to send a parcel from the county is to arrange for one of the couriers we give you prices for actually to come to your office or home and collect your correctly labelled parcel from you. This is a popular option across all of our customers but may be particularly relevant to clients in Derbyshire as there are no partner depots in the county.
If you had to take your parcel to a depot before or after work it may be an option if you live or work in Manchester, Morley, Rotherham, Nottingham, Birmingham or Coventry as there are depots available there.

If your parcel is a sale you have made to a customer abroad then you should also print out a copy of their receipt/order details and attach it to the outside of the parcel to - this will help with the customs process.
