Ended up using a completely different service to what I originally chose. I have no idea when the option was changed. Although, from then on, all was fine and parcel received for less than expected.
I arrived home and the parcel—which was huge—was already waiting for me at my doorstep two days after I sent it from the UK to Victoria, Canada. If I had shipped from Canada the other way around it would have cost me a fortune. These were delicate items and nothing was broken. What a terrific service.

The store was the problem did not accept the scan code
Booked via your website all very good until I got to the store to print the label and they couldn’t print as it was the wrong sort scan for their machine
Apart from trying to pick up my parcel on Saturday (no-one home and parcel not ready because arranged for Monday) everything went very smoothly. Collected Monday, delivery on Thursday. Would certainly use this company again.
