When customers book to have a parcel sent in Tewkesbury by far the most select the option which requests a courier to collect their parcels from them - and this should be fairly understandable given that the nearest depots available are located to the south of Gloucester in Quedgeley. For those customers that work in Gloucester and don't mind shooting past the city on the M5 and then up the A38 for a handful of miles to drop in to the depots then this isn't so much of an issue.
