Given its rural location we see many of our customers elect to have one of our courier partners collect their parcels from them - at an address of their choosing. This may be from a residential address or from a business one. Since we launched the option for customers to drop off their parcels at a depot, however, we have seen a growing number of customers see the convenience advantages of doing so. For example, if you work in Bristol you could drop your parcel off at the Parcelforce depots in Cribbs Causeway (depending on which services you have booked) or you could do the same for the Quedgeley depots if you work in Gloucester. As these depots are typically open from 8am you could realistically drop your parcel off on the way into work. Alternatively they are also usually open until 8pm so you could get a bite to eat with your colleagues and then visit the depot on the way back.
We also give Parcelforce International and domestic customers the option to send their parcel to a Post Office branch after it has been booked online and the correct paperwork attached to the outside. If it is going outside of the EU will also request you to fill out some customs forms. These branches can be found at the Alldays Convenience Store in Thronbury as well as in Alveston, Rockhampton, Tytherington, Olveston, Falfield, Cromhall and Easter Compton.
