Virtually all of our customers that have sent parcels from Yate have arranged a courier to collect it from them, very few people visit the Parcelforce depot in Cribbs Causeway, but that doesn't mean that if you are visiting the area anyway then you can't take your parcel there and drop it off as you go about your business. We also have other depots to the south of Gloucester and Swindon so if you know you travel to any of those places regularly then consider a drop off as an option. One advantage is that those depots are often open from 8am to 8pm during the week and Saturday mornings. So if you most definitely can't be at home during the day to hand over your parcel or it’s just not a possibility then you can select the depot drop-off as an option.
Recently we added the option for customers who are sending parcels abroad via Parcelforce to take their pre-booked and labelled parcels to a Post Office near to them and drop it off. The counter staff will process your parcel and give you a receipt. You can find these branches on South Parade, Yate as well as Abbotswood, Chipping Sodbury, Coalpit Heath, Wickwar, Pucklechurch, Winterbourne, Tytherington, Quackers Road, Hawkesbury Upton, Mangotsfield, Staple Hill and further into Bristol at Fishponds.
