Waiting in for a courier to collect your parcels is not always the best solution, so we now offer the more agile DPD Drop Off Service, meaning you place the order online, print the labels out and drop into one of the 2,500 Pick Up locations offered by DPD. You can send items from as little as £5.99+VAT or choose a service to one of the 250 International destinations we send to.
For some, the most convenient way of sending a parcel will be to have it collected by a reputable such as DHL, Parcel Monkey International or one of other couriers. This is a remarkably simple process. All you need to hand are the dimensions of your parcel, including its weight, where you would like the parcel to go and on which date it would be best to have it collected. When you have this use the 'send a parcel' link button above where you can submit this information into a very short form and you will be given a list of courier services suitable to your order - and their prices. When you have found a service that offers you the balance of price, speed and other factors you will need to add in the specifics of your parcel - especially the contents and review the terms and conditions, as some items we cannot arrange collection and delivery for.
During this process you are likely to see a variety of options. The 'timed' services are for deliveries on particular days whilst others are 'drop off' services. This is where you either take your parcel to a depot (after you have booked the parcel in for delivery on this website), or taking it to a Post Office. This latter option is only available to customers using a Parcelforce courier service abroad. Again, you will still need to book the parcel online and print out the label you will be sent - as well as select which particular Post Office you would like the parcel to be dropped-off at.
If you are neither able to wait in for a collection or make it to a depot then you can also take your parcel (so long as it is being sent within the UK) to the Big Yellow Storage site on Ascot Road, by the Rising Sun pub and the Premier Inn hotel. Here you will be able to place your parcel in a secure locker and have it collected by a courier.

The online booking was not complicated. I printed my labels with ease and like a relay when I took my parcel to the respected depot, it was dispatched with immediacy. I was very surprised that a parcel handed to the depot on Driday PM was delivered in the USA by the promised delivery date. Kudos to Parcel Monkey. There proce was almost half the post office and other agents.
Booking through ParcelForce direct The insurance level is for £150 at no extra cost. Booking ParcelForce through Parcel Monkey it is only £50 and I had to pay another £3.50 for an increased insurance level. Why? Otherwise the service was ok.
