For those not able to wait in for a courier collection, and there are a growing number, your best option for those that work in either Coventry or Leicester to drop their parcel off at a depot either before or after you start your working day. Parcelforce have two depots at either end of the M69. The Leicester one is located just off junction 21a of the M1 which is just a short distance from the junction with the M69, whist their Coventry depot is similarly one junction away from the meeting of the M69 and the M6.
Drop off courier services can be booked on this website in a similar fashion to booking the traditional collection service. You simply need to know the size and weight of the parcel or parcels, where you would like it to go, how quickly and, of course, its contents. You will need to check these contents against our prohibited and restricted list of items available.
Other than these depot drop off services we also have a drop off at the Post Office service which is available to those booking to send parcels abroad with Parcelforce. We have other international services available such as with DHL, Trackpak and our own offering, but only parcels booked online with us and delivered by Parcelforce can be dropped-off at a branch of the Post Office and receive the online discounts we have arranged. During the booking process you will be able to select which branch you would like to use.
